EXPLANATION TEXT AND PROCEDURE TEXT PROCEDURE TEXT HOW TO MAKE A SAFFRON-COLORED RICE  INGREDIENTS - 200 grams of  - 1500 ml of water - 50 grams Galangal - 15 grams of Ginger - 2 tablespoons Tamarind - 300 grams of brown sugar - Salt - sugar INSTRUCTIONS 1.
